We offer 30 days return on all products that consist of any manufacturing defects and all return postage is covered by us. If your product has any manufacturing defects you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund. Contact us at info@risejewellery.com if you have a product you would like to return and include your order number, contact details and reason for return in the email and we will assist you in returning your products. All products must be returned to Rise Jewellery within 30 days of delivery and must be in brand new condition, without any marks or scratches and in original packaging. Please take into consideration this policy does not cover normal wear and tear. Processing time for all returns are from 7 – 14 days.

Change Of Mind And Exchange

Rise Jewellery offers change of mind for all products we sell. We understand from time to time people change their minds and want something else. If you have changed your mind and would like to exchange your product for something else simply contact us at info@risejewellery.com and include your order number and contact details, we will be more then happy to assist you in exchanging your product. All products that are returned to Rise Jewellery for exchange must be in brand new condition, without any marks or scratches and in original packaging. All change of mind exchange returns and postage will be charged to the client. Processing time for all change of mind and exchange products are from 7 – 14 days.
